There are no prerequisites for painting classes.
No experience or "talent" is required, just a desire to paint.
Be gentle with yourself concerning your expectations.
A first time painter will produce a simple, beautiful painting, while a painter with some experience will have a more detailed approach.
Creating is an adventure that you get better at with experience.
Have fun and keep painting. The wet-on-wet method works by applying a medium to a canvas prior to painting. This allows paints to be moved and blended right on the canvas without adding additional medium. This method works best with thick paints. Paintings are completed in one session. This method is very forgiving.
* Class fees may be affected by location costs. Some charge little if any, for classroom use while others charge a nominal fee. To offset any increase two methods are used. Increase the minimum number of attendees and/or charge a nominal palette fee. If a palette fee is necessary it will be noted. Palette fees are paid to the instructor, not to the location. |

Registration is of vital importance as it allows me to prepare for the proper number of students. If you wish to attend a class and cannot register please call me and let me know. If a contact name and number is available (on the SCHEDULE page) please make your arrangements through them.
